3. What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can inspect your package upon arrival and pay in full to the delivery agent.

4. What are the delivery charges?

Answer:

Inside Dhaka & Chittagong City: 70 TK

Outside Dhaka: 130 TK

Express Delivery (Dhaka City only): 100 TK

5. How long does delivery take?

Answer:

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days (same-day/faster option available via Express Delivery).

Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days.

6. Is there a return policy?

Answer: Please inspect your order in front of the delivery agent. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent. For hygiene reasons, food items (chocolates, dates) or opened cosmetics/perfumes cannot be returned after the seal is broken.
